Terms of Use

These terms govern access to CyberPath, including public guides, certification roadmaps, learner accounts, progress features, and links to external platforms.

Educational purpose

CyberPath provides independent educational planning information. It does not provide legal advice, professional security services, exam guarantees, employment guarantees, or authorization to test any system.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for complying with applicable law, certification rules, platform terms, employer policies, and the permission of each system owner. Use cybersecurity knowledge only in environments you own or are explicitly authorized to test. The Responsible Use Policy forms part of these terms.

Accounts

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use only accounts you control. You must not attempt to access another learner's account or interfere with authentication. Account access may be restricted where necessary to protect the service or respond to credible misuse.

Certification information

Providers can change objectives, formats, prices, validity periods, prerequisites, and rules. CyberPath aims to keep roadmap information useful but does not warrant that every external detail remains current. Official provider material controls whenever there is a difference.

External services

CyberPath links to third-party websites for official information and training. Those services are operated independently and are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and fees. A link does not imply endorsement or control.

Intellectual property

CyberPath's original text, organization, visual design, and branding may not be republished as a competing copy without permission. Certification names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the referenced certification or provider.

Availability and limitation

The service may change, pause, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, CyberPath is provided without warranties and is not responsible for decisions, losses, exam outcomes, third-party services, or unauthorized activity based on the site.

Changes

These terms may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated on this page. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
